• Manage and update CRM records

• Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups

• Organize data, reports, and client information
• Assist the team with general virtual support

Requirements
• Experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
• Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity tools
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
